Unmarked Indiana Police (video)This video shows an unmarked car involved in what appears to be a routine traffic stop in a lot belonging to the University of Evansville. I didn't want to be obvious so the video isn't great. I don't believe it's an Evansville car because the county on the plate is 49, not 82. 49 is Marion County Indiana, so it could have been the State Police or State Excise (practically one in the same).
